We are a family business in the 3rd generation. On the one hand, of course, this refers to the Borges family, which is behind the company. On the other hand, it is also the employees who support and advance the company. As in a large family, cohesion and helpfulness are lived here. We don't always agree, that's a good thing. This is how we find constructive solutions.

We encourage and demand the courage to contribute and implement one's own ideas. We want to make products and processes better! And if it doesn't work out as planned, we learn from it. We learn from and with each other and grow with our challenges - across departments and at eye level.

How we work
We are of the opinion that the customer should not have to orient himself to the existing products and habits of his development partners. Rather, the solution should be individually and precisely adapted to the respective project. Do you think this is a very costly and time-consuming method? Not at BORGES! Almost any technically feasible solution can be implemented individually by us without having to incur long delivery times or expensive tooling and machine set-up costs.
