Original Equipment & Prototype Construction
In the field of original equipment manufacturing (OEM), we specialize in small and medium-sized production runs, custom-made products, and prototype development related to engines. Our experience ranges from construction and agricultural machinery to trucks, generators, and shipbuilding.
We also realize prototypes, pilot series, pre-series production, and sample construction with the highest precision and provide constructive support during series production launches – efficiently, collaboratively, and with a solution-oriented approach. Thanks to our extensive spare parts and component inventory, we also supply series spare parts and retrofit solutions for trucks and commercial vehicles.
Welded assemblies & contract manufacturing

Since 1965, silencers have been manufactured in small and medium-sized series at our factory in Seelze. We have the equipment for series from 1 to 10,000 pieces per model and version. This has always been the strength of our company. For original equipment, we use our VARIO system to manufacture round, oval and square silencers with over 40 different bottom shapes and freely selectable edge lengths.
And that applies to every type of vehicle, as well as for industrial machines and systems. Steel and stainless steel are the predominant materials here.
For the spare parts business, you can get standard silencers from us, as well as the corresponding accessories for all common truck models.

VARIOTANK is our highly flexible production line, with which we manufacture individual tanks with any edge length for you. And all this while maintaining the same production quality – even in small series and as one-off productions. We are equally careful in the selection of materials. We use stainless steel 1.4301 or 1.4571, in aluminum AlMg3 or AlMg4.5. The choice is yours!

We have very short delivery times – a series start is possible in less than 3 weeks.
For this purpose, our steel tanks are provided with a powder coating or wet painting and have a 100% leak and pressure test according to DIN to guarantee a long service life.

Our welding expertise
We process steel, stainless steel, and aluminum in material thicknesses from 1 mm to 15 mm – from delicate sheet metal components to robust structures. We utilize the proven processes of TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) and MIG/MAG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. Each component is individually assessed to select the technically and economically optimal process. The result: clean welds, high strength, and a perfect finish.
